  • The Truth About Sugar and A Simple Plan

who is willing to trade in their sweet tooth in exchange for a healthier life?

Although not everyone struggles with a sweet tooth on a regular basis. We all struggle with some sort of craving. Most of the time, it’s a craving that causes us harm to our bodies. Inflammation. High blood pressure. Fatigue. Just to name a minor few. Which brings me back to something we all have in common: every single one of us is biologically wired to like sugar from the start, meaning we are programmed to want some sort of something, like sugar, as infants.

Added sugar can be found in everything. The sweetness of sugar has the power to change your brain. It’s stimulates your gut, triggering your happiness, and if you don’t do this enough times, your brain can become conditioned to want more and more sugar. Like a drug. Sugar can mimic and replace everything natural your body is meant to product.

Which brings me to the Arbonne30. Below is a simple explanation of the kit you will receive.

Im so lucky to have some of my closet friends and family to share this with.
