During Lent Fridays are a time for fasting. So I thought this would be a great time to bring you something fun, healthy & spiritual. Thankfully, I have an inside connection to learning about a healthier lifestyle from none other than the fine doctors at MG Wellness. I have noticed that our Lenten practice is somewhatsimilar to the 30 Days to Healthy Living and the MG Wellness practice. All three practice on choosing not to eat meats or anything that contains red meat not including seafood.
On Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and all Fridays during Lent, one is to [refrain from eating beef, pork, chicken, ham, deer, lamb or any other red meat.

Please note that you do NOT have to go the entire day without eating.
